Airport pickup Procedure
From baggage claim level 5 (collect any checked bags first), go outside Door 506 on the West side, or outside Door 511 on the East side, and locate an orange-vested ground transportation attendant near the booth labeled "Limo"--they will ask for your name and the name of our limo company, A Ride Town Car. Ground transportation will then dispatch us from an airport holding area, and we will drive up within a few minutes. If your flight has been cancelled or delayed please give us a call at your earliest convenience there is no additional charge. If you decide to use another form of transportation we do require 12 hours advanced notice or we will have to charge you for our drivers time.
It is helpful to call us A Ride at (303-246-4140) from baggage claim before coming outside, to give us "head start." We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing
